Now this is a unique item. To commemorate the 15th anniversary of Johnny Thunders passing, in April, 2006, twenty four bottles of beer were specially brewed/manufactured for a private party held to honour Johnny’s passing and legacy.The beer itself was European style lager, pale in colour, crisp taste & all natural. (I’m getting a thirst). The label on the front has a photo of Thunders and the words ‘Johnny Thunders 1952 – 1991’ surrounding it. Surrounding this is the words ‘You Can’t Put Your Arms Around A Memory’. The bottle also has a neck label with the acronym ‘D.T.K.L.A.M.F.’ This April it will be 20 years since Thunders passed away. How are you gonna mark the occasion?
