Melbourne’s Riff Raiders are hitting 2020 with a bang, with their Rock n Roll Daydream tour from February to April in support of their digital and vinyl Double A-Side single (Loaded Gun / Best Day Ever) that landed on February 18th through Rue Morgue Records and then release their brand new album Rock ‘N’ Roll Daydream on March 24. The Riff Raiders began life in 2015. Made up of indie stalwarts Marty Powell (guitar) and Jenni Powell (Vocals), now joined by Detroit born Ron E Smith (Bass), Ross Heathington (Drums ex Bodyjar / Dirt River Radio) and Josh King (guitar ex The Resheads, The Bits) in 2019. The band has continued to impress with its authentic approach and edgy finesse to playing rock n roll. The band’s debut album, ‘Live Like You Mean It’ was released in November 2017 to favourable reviews. Since the release of the album Riff Raiders gigged extensively in 2018 and 2019, including key support slots with Baby Animals, Palace of the King and The Lazys.
